Junior Ice Technicians


The SCCC is currently seeking Junior Ice Technicians for casual part-time shifts to start immediately and work until end of March 2018.


Reporting to the Head Ice Technician or, the Assistant Ice Technician, the Junior Ice Technicians will share responsibilities for efficient maintenance of an excellent ice surface, perform janitorial work, and support the Club’s Lounge staff.


You must be willing to become Swift Current Safe Places Youth Certified or willing to complete in 30 days.


A Level 1 Ice Technician certification is preferred.

Lounge Servers

The SCCC is currently seeking casual part-time Lounge Servers for regular shifts from November 2017 until the end of March 2018 including special events throughout the year.


Reporting to the Lounge Supervisor, the Lounge Servers will be responsible to tend the bar, maintain the cleanliness of the Upper Lounge and maintain a key focus on membership satisfaction.


Bartending experience is required. We pay competitive wages and tips.


You must be willing to become Swift Current Safe Places Youth Certified and must have Serve It Right Course or willing to complete in 30 days.

Marketing Director


The SCCC is currently seeking a Marketing Director to start immediately. This position will be paid on a commission basis.


With the support of the Club President and the General Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to, maintaining current sponsorship accounts, obtaining new sponsorships, ensuring all sponsors receive recognition for their contributions, collecting all donations and sponsorships, maintaining a database of contacts and sponsors, inviting major sponsors to special attending club events for photo opportunities, and generally promoting the club and its activities.


Applicants should possess two or more years of experience in marketing, proficiency with MS Office (especially Word and Excel), an ability to prioritize, multitask and handle pressure in order to meet deadlines, and excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
